30, 35 & 40-year amortization: 30, 35 & 40-year amortization periods will allow you to qualify to purchase that dream home that you have always wanted.
Self-employed: available for individuals that cannot meet the traditional qualifying criteria in regards to income verification. Self-employed programs allow for individuals to provide documentation. Extended amortizations are now offered in conjunction with some Self-Employed programs.
Equity Lending: many Lenders offer mortgages to Borrowers who do not qualify under the traditional lending guidelines, but have equity in their home. The Borrowers’ credit and amount of equity are the main factors in an Equity program.
Line of Credit: giving Borrowers the flexibility of drawing the funds from their mortgage when needed. Usually interest only payments are required on amount of funds drawn.
Interest Only: mortgages with interest only payment required. These mortgages are set up below Prime for Owner-Occupied and Rental properties.
Cash Back Financing: mortgages arranged with up to 7% cash back at time of closing. The cash back is determined on the mortgage amount arranged.
Construction Mortgage: mortgage arranged with funds drawn at each stage of completion of your new home.
Purchase plus Improvements: mortgages arranged with additional funds to allow for renovations/improvements on your new home.
